    This is a fantastic class option offered by VRTUS. Becki is amazing at assisting you with a personalised exercise programme, focusing on specific areas of difficulty for each person. She is excellent at explaining different ways to improve your technique in the gym. I would highly recommend this class for anyone - especially those who want to improve their technique and also for beginners to build confidence in the strength classes!
