see all reviewsI like the flexibility of this gym, there’s a few people there but rarely busy to the point of not accessing the machine you want and I never feel intimidated or uncomfortable like I do at larger indoor gyms. On a nice day it’s so refreshing to workout outdoors, staff are always really nice but they stay out of your way and let you just do your thing.

Some gyms and trainers feel intimidating at first but Nick was really accommodating and guided me along the workout. As a beginner, I would recommend this class as it have different options per exercise depending on your preferred difficulty.
