    Lana is a great instructor. She goes through poses pretty quickly, but there is enough repetition for you to understand what to do. I love how active we switch poses and stretch different areas of the body. Bonus, it was great to be in a hot studio in the cold mornings.

    Firstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

    Thanh is an inspiring and motivating instructor! He brings passion and energy to the class. I have attended a few of his classes and enjoyed his positivity, passion and upbeat energizing sequences. He brings a solid playlist, positive energy and even shares some words of wisdom. You can tell that he really enjoys teaching connecting with people. His classes are great! You will get your heart rate up with some cardio, do some strength training and lots of planks.

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

    Very challenging class due to the heat! I’ve taken HPF corepower classes before, but this one was the most heat and humid intense. Great for the winter but I forgot my towel and was drenched! Sometimes hard to understand the cues but otherwise loved the instructor!
