    I did Aly’s dynamic yoga this morning - 75 minutes of flowing in a relaxing environment! Aly’s voice is so soothing and she really knows her stuff! Super professional with laughter along the way. She modifies every pose so all levels would be suited to this class style. Thank you Aly for a beautiful start to my Saturday!

    Instructor was so lovely! Guidance was very clear. However not a very challenging class for me, the only prop used was a 10th weight. Would’ve been nice to see more props involved or perhaps the option to have a resistance band or higher weight for those who wanted a little more. But aside from that lovely class!
