    I usually train lower body because I’ve always had small/weak arms. Starting to incorporate full body classes into my week and I’m really enjoying it. I’m seeing improvements and Rhys is a fantastic trainer. He pushes you but he makes you feel good.

    Westminster Run Club - Orchard Place

    Loved this running club, I'm a total beginner, I didn't once feel left behind or out of my depth, the instructor coached consulted and encouraged. This run club was inclusive of my 1st time whilst still catering for the regular runners.
