    I thought a 75 min yoga class would seem too long but it was a perfect duration. we were able to cover a wide range of poses and stretches. didn't feel rushed on the stretches which was good and some extra time in shivasana which was also nice. the space was spacious and instructor gave clear instructions with modifications and alternatives.

    This yin yoga session was led by Gabby today. It was exactly what I needed. Slow movements and stretches that were mindful. I needed something that wasn’t too challenging and meant to be restorative.
