I went today just to lay out by the pool amazing! I signed up for a 1pm but came a little after noon. They are flexible about when you come and leave. I didnt have to tell them when I left.

Music definitely adds. Good heat, nice flow, great addition to my day. Wouldn’t recommend for beginners—there was very little to no instruction the first half of class, but was great for those who are familiar with a flow style class. And I personally really dislike the Sun A sequence in this class—the pacing feels crazy frantic—but I might be the only one as everyone else seemed to be keeping pace. But once we got through Sun A, the rest of the class flowed slow and steady.

    Prenatal Yoga

Super welcoming community and fun to be in a room with all expectant mothers. Class was accessible while still offering a challenge. Really helpful to hear the pregnancy modifications (and reasons why) to help transfer into non-prenatal focused yoga classes.

    HY - Hot Yoga

Bre is a great instructor. I've only been to a couple hot yoga classes before so her extra instruction to optimize form and discipline is much appreciated. It's a great workout, I was more exhausted than after a yoga sculpt class!!

    YogaBurn

Very challenging class! This instructor tends to focus a lot on legs & arms (not a bad thing!). Good core work, too! This class is growing on me! Hard at first, but great workout once you get into the swing of things.

    Open Vinyasa Flow (2-3)

Sydneys open vinyasa flow classes are a great way to challenge yourself - I am always dripping in sweat and it isn't heated to the nines like other studios. You create your own heat and challenges :) Her intentions and personality are also lovely.

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

Corepower now does C1 differently from a year ago when I used to be a member. Now the instructor focuses on the pose, explaining the right posture etc. It's a great class for yoga beginners or people who want to learn about the right postures.
