see all reviewsThis was my first time cycling ever and Keenan did such a wonderful job making us feel capable. They offer little earplugs because it does get loud in there (which helped a lot) and the staff was super nice and helped me set up for my first time, which I really appreciated. Keenan brought amazing energy and kept the pace up. I was mostly shocked at how I didn’t feel as tired as I expected through the workout. I also have asthma so I was a little worried, but I didn’t feel any pain at all during this workout. I’ll definitely be back :)

see all reviewsHARD AF!!!! SO MUCH SWEAT!!!! Usually when you see a “yoga sculpt” class it’s a boring vinyasa flow with some rinky dink weights but NO, this is yoga mixed with serious bodyweight calisthenics drills, tons of planking to build natural upper body and core strength, and so much glute work ouchhhhh…. Some small ankle and ring weights are used but it’s mostly to add on to your bodyweight. I am a 500-hr yoga teacher and teach megaformer and this has me wobbling on the way down the stairs. AMAZING CLASS if you want to see what your body can do and build strength for your other movement practices.

Excellent sport activity: full body workout (depending on your condition, it's more or less "high" intensity), and very efficient (in 45 minutes you are done, for those who lack time). You are guided all the time through screens illustrating the exact movement that you have to do. There are two instructors super kind who also are supporting you, guiding you, and correcting you during the process/circuit. More than recommended. The place will try to sell you the membership. I think that in most places, owners/ hosts think that when we go through class pass, we don't pay or we are getting the class for free. I find myself always explaining that we do pay a monthly payment, a membership. The thing is that we don't pay it to only one place. Hopefully, ClassPass can explain all that better to the business they have arrangements with.
