My only note for the class today is because the gin is using the same room for one after another different classes the floor is not that clean.

I love Hilary’s no fuss approach (had me sweating during the warmup) but then also very supportive (easier option for each exercise). The atmosphere in the class was really bustling (Hilary brings good vibes and good tunes). I felt like all the mums were having a really good time and yet we were all focused on getting are exercises done. I am really feeling the workout today. I can’t wait for the next class next week!! see all reviewsSome may call the place ‚dated‘ I am calling it ‚charming and full of character‘. I used the swimming & sauna facilities only. The pool is medium sized, the lighting is fab, especially under water, the steam sauna is quite big & it was eucalyptus infused, the Finnish sauna is rather small & it was not very hot but still worth the experience; even a few loungers are available, as well as a proper cold shower for those who value these additions like I do; showers are plentiful, and the changing rooms are charmingly wood panelled. I went there in the eve, it was clean and luckily not too busy! Remember to bring your own towel & padlock though! Thank you to the team for this fab experience!

see all reviewsReally excellent outdoor bootcamp class run by a very knowledgeable trainer. Mixed up the style of the class, shuttle runs, hiit, weights, lots of different bits of equipment and the group get on well with banter and laughs along the way. I burnt 450 calories - tough but worth it!
