see all reviewsMy second time going to this location and I really like it 😊 only downside you have to pay for parking. But I love the class. The two instructors I’ve met so far have been great. It’s a max students is 6 or 8 I believe. But this morning it was 4 including myself. So it allows the instructor to guide you and correct you in positioning. I’ll be going more to this location hopefully 😊 good for you 1st timers. It’s a relaxed exercise class. No cardio. But requires stability and you are working out your muscles.

It’s not easy to find a studio that feels welcoming, but today was great. The instructor provided clear instructions and was helpful when I needed it. She also gave modifications for the more complex exercises. Great experience overall!
