Great class, I think especially good for people who are new to yoga. It was mindful movement but not too challenging. I have been to humming puppy before many times, and I did notice that this time there were only a few towels (some people missed out) and the room was very very warm, warmer than I thought it would be. The mats are already slippy but I was slipping even more because it was so hot! However despite these minor things, it’s a great space, amazing facilities.
