    I absolutely enjoyed this class! The space was nice and Emily’s instructions were clear. I loved having the option of doing strength training as well. I found the running coupled with strength training to be a great workout routine. Would highly recommend!

    Reformer Essentials

    First time doing Reformer Pilates - class was great. The instructor was Lani, she constantly gave tips and assisted in accurate form (as I needed it). She’s great, highly recommend.
