see all reviewsAlways great! This is a growing spot and conveniently located at the westshore mall near Dicks. Lots of parking and not a heavily trafficked area either. Greg was an instructing at Lifetime and is great. Good instruction and well led flows. This classes also are heated and you get a towel with essential lavender oil at the end. So refreshing!!
