see all reviews30 minutes really isn’t enough time considering you literally can’t get in until the MOMENT your reservation starts. It takes time to take off your coat/winter clothes, set up music if you wanna use the speaker, set up and sanitize (let’s say 3 minutes) plus a super minimal 5 minute warm up and maybe 2 minutes to stretch- that leaves you with 20 minutes left to actually workout (but you have to get rebundled to outside and clean up after yourself so really more like 17 minutes)

There are more challenging classes, of course, but not having done Step Aerobics since the 90s, I thought I'd ease in. Everyone was super inviting, it's not the kind of place you slink into the back of the class without people getting to know your name....I like that! I'll be back, definitely!

There’s lots of conditioning weaved in here and there as the nature of MMA. Actual class was split into beginner and advanced and coach Carla was super nice, professional, and passionate. We learned a couple different moves and practiced it with a partner or with her.

Coach Savage and Coach Christina are so welcoming, but don’t think they’ll let you slack. “Keep moving” was repeated to me and I couldn’t be more grateful because it was well-balanced with affirmation and encouragement.I found Mr. Colonna’s gym through re-joining ClassPass on a trial run. Would love to use my additional credits for going back but then I learned the gym isn’t getting anything from me attending through ClassPass. If true, CP, should be mindful as how they recruit or collect gyms for this app. It may be more affordable (as it should) joining a gym through CP but the gyms allowing CP to build up CP’s directories should ensure these gyms get some cut, especially privately owned mom-and pop ones. They build generational wealth in the community with limited resources. I would recommend Sam Colonna Boxing, MMA and Fitness gym to anyone looking to be in community and looking for some discipline in their work out regimen.

see all reviewsI’m pretty sure this class is no longer available. When I arrived for the open level dance class, the signs directing us to the class led to dead ends. My friend and I checked every floor and asked others if they knew where the Dynamic Force Dance class is taking place and no one knew about it. When nothing came up from that, we called the number listed on their Instagram page which also led to a dead end. If you are planning on taking this class, don’t waste your time.
