see all reviewsThis was such a tough class. People in class seemed to be at all levels. At one point I wasn’t sure I could make it, but the instructor was so encouraging and fun! You will feel like you really accomplished something after this class and sure does beat boring cardio. I burned almost 500 calories in 45 minutes. Will definitely be back.

see all reviewsGreat practice with Rich. Definitely a challenging yoga class but I liked how he did the moves and moved around the room so everyone could see him and the correct posture. Good combination of strength and stretch They provide mats which is great if you’re traveling For me, the studio was hard to find in the hotel so give yourself a little extra time. It’s down a hallway by the ballrooms. I called the gym and they came out and found me - thank you!
