    Kicka$$ class- thanks Isabel! Full body, good pace- didn’t get bored or start counting down the minutes til class was over, positive encouragement and great general form corrections. Sometimes when instructors keep pointing out my lagging form it gets discouraging, but she didn’t single anyone out- just made overall suggestions which is much appreciated (especially when you have the shakes!)

    Excellent class with great flows! There was a perfect mix of stretching (including ones I’ve never done) and power yoga led with helpful instructions from Cole. Cool music too!

    Arms & Abs Sculpt

    Great class! Gry and the front desk are really friendly. We started with a cardio warm-up and then alternated through rounds of ab exercises and arm exercises. Gry offered a lot of modifications we could do, which was great. The studio is very nice and provides mats, equipment, and towels for everyone, and it has a water fountain, too.

    FFAM Reformer workouts

    Lenise is a true professional and a very positive instructor. She guided us through a wonderfully planned Pilates flow on the reformer that was sequined well together and ended class on the mat. I left feeling strong, confident and grounded. The exercises we did were challenging and I enjoyed that we moved on quickly to the next one to not leave us feeling to fatigued. I also loved her choice in music, no words and just beats which helps us keep the tempo with our movements without being distracting with lyrics. I am excited to come back and try more classes here.
