Based on the class title and description, I mistakenly thought this was a regular strength class with weights and bands focused on arms/glutes/abs but turned out to be a mat pilates class in a heated room. Compounded movements making it a nice challenge - with light weights. The instructor provided alternatives to make it easier/harder. While the class was a nice fast-pace, for anyone who works out at the gym say twice a week, this class probably wont give you the visible gains in glutes/abs/guns youre hoping for. Youll need a more intense weights focused class for that. For someone who just does yoga or runs a couple times a week, this will be a great intense class for you. Few too many people in the class so felt quite squished.
