see all reviewsMy first time at this gorgeous little studio in Belsize Park. Chad is warm and an approachable instructor (and owner) of this little spot of zen. His class is a good balance of classic Pilates but adding in some serious resistance and strength conditioning. I would say his class is a great way to start your morning, to challenge yourself enough while maintaining good posture. I would recommend and will definitely be back!
