    Such a beautiful class for a Sunday afternoon. Thank you Freya. I’m so glad I came! A great mix of working specific muscles but with attention to the energy we all feel at the end of the weekend.     An Indulgent Treat! I’ve been coming to the Orchard on and off for about a year now (mainly due to the experience being a little pricey) but after every session I really notice the difference infrared has made to my skin and my overall well-being. I always leave feeling very zen, having sweated our all the toxins / stress from the day and weeks prior. The rooms are peaceful, private and dark, save for a calming salt lamp. My last session I was also treated to H2 therapy as well. I have read this can be beneficial for those who suffer from various illnesses and muscle stresses, and is a great antioxidant for all. I didn’t notice too much of a change during/after my treatment but would assume this is something that you benefit from over time. My only suggestion is that the ClassPass price is probably too high for most people to be able to afford to try out this unique studio. Very exciting watching this little studio grow into itself. Hopefully I can save up and come back soon...

The class had all my favorite fitness toys: medicine balls, sand bags, boxes, kettle bells etc. However, it was advertised as a 60 minute class (that’s why I picked it) and it was only 45 minutes in reality.
