Reform-X
see all reviewsFantastic class! I have been suffering with patellar tendinitis for 6 months and only just started exercising again. The instructor was so friendly and went around to everyone taking the time to get to know their names and ask about any injuries etc which was such a nice touch. During the class she offered lots of tips on when to breath in and out, how to get more out of each exercise with constant reminders to improve technique. Thank you so much! Looking forward to returning again!

see all reviewsI clearly belong in the reformer foundations class - haven’t been to a reformer class in probably 2 years! However the instructor was really friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable/ inadequate. The class itself was challenging and the studio space is lovely

see all reviewsReally enjoyed it here. The facilities are good and clean however it was busy at the time I visited particularly in the weights area. Whilst doing my workout in the cardio area i was welcomed to a class which was about to commence in the same area. So glad I joined because it was a great workout, so full of energy and the instructor was good fun! Will be back.

see all reviewsStudio was gorgeous, and the instructor (he said he was covering so not sure if it's the instructor named here) was AMAZING. Sometimes in yoga I find myself clockwatching but the hour flew by and I really enjoyed the flow. My only slightly negative feedback to note is that I WISH it explained on classpass that the studio is in a leisure centre and therefore changing rooms and showers are available!

see all reviewsReally liked the class structure a mix of cardio machines and dumbell exercises so not endless burpees or plyos that you sometimes get at other hiit classes in London. Loved the upper body focus. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming, huge changing rooms with sauna. Gym space is well kitted out. A great addition to the London gym scene and not as snobby as some west end gyms ! A hidden gem!

see all reviewsFantastic yoga class by Matt. I really enjoyed the flow from one exercise to the next. Matt is an extremely encouraging and motivating yoga instructor. With his support and encouragement I managed to achieve a headstand. The classes are also limited in capacity which is great as this means he can give everyone his attention and keep an eye out for peoples posture/form and help correct where necessary. Would love for more yoga classes with Matt to be added to the schedule.
