    Great class! Lovely studio and Katherine was great. I really appreciated the pace and flow, and above all, practising in ways I have never in other classes eg through some of the movements and positions, as well as focus, such as armpits and glands, as well as cat/cow with varied hand positioning.     This is a lovely small studio. there are only four Reformer beds so you're guaranteed that attention will be paid to you and your form, something which so important if you want to get the most of a Pilates class. This is my second class here, and in both of them, Bernice has used the whole suite of props (ball, box and ring) which makes for a fun and challenging session.

    This is a great class if you are after low intensity or if you have never taken a Zumba class before. I would say the class is more suitable for a more mature audience. The instructor Chris is great. You have all the Zumba rhythms (Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton). Due to the low intensity of the class, the steps are very easy to follow. It was not mentioned in the description that the class would be low intensity, I think ClassPass should renamed this class “Zumba Gold” or “Zumba for Older Adults”. Overall a great class but I would come back when I am 70+ 😅

    The gym was amazing with a large range of machinery to choose from, received a free towel from reception for swimming. The swimming pool was incredible with such a nice vibe and there was so much room. The sauna and steam room were also great. Everything was clean and well kept (I was shocked as some of the reviews say quite the opposite). 10/10 will definitely be coming back

    I have been attending reformer Pilates for about 2 and a half years now, at Ten health and fitness and other studios and I think this has been one of THE BEST classes I have attended!
