    Hatha

arin is a fantastic teacher! it's a beginner-friendly class but still a good challenge for regular yogis. she gives clear cues and checks on alignment; also love that she takes the time to explain yoga philosophy. if you're looking for a more intentional practice that isn't just about doing poses but cultivating a deeper appreciation of yoga as a mind-body practice, i would recommend arin's classes :)

BJJ & Judo All levels @Novena

Good class, very fun and the instructor was friendly too. Since the class was mixed levels, may not be catered towards total beginners. But all in all it was a good intro to BJJ and Judo!

The gym has a very open and welcoming vibe. The class was suitable for students of all levels, we were split up based on skill levels and practice techniques accordingly. Coach Ian will demonstrate the techniques and check in with us during the drills, making the class enjoyable 👍

    MMA

One of the few gyms that provides beginner-friendly MMA classes. We started with warm-ups (sprawls/jumping/shuffling) before doing partner drills (kicks and counters) before positional sparring and actual (light) MMA sparring. I’d love to be back someday.

    Muay Thai - Fundamentals

Coach Rahul was very friendly and welcoming. He brought me through the steps of handwrapping, warm ups, bag work, pad work and conditiong drills. He also gave corrections for my technique. The gym is well maintained with a wide open space for training!

    SWEAT Boxing

This was a lot more sweat than boxing - and we really did get a good cardio workout out of it! I was looking forward more to learning boxing techniques tho, but maybe I misunderstood the discription. It's a good class for people looking for high intensity training! 💪
