My therapist Esther was incredibly kind, sincere and warm. Amy was very friendly and among the 2 low reviews I read about rough handling, she checked in with me how I was feeling; in fact I quite enjoyed how she scrubbed my scalp (felt like it scratched an itch I never knew I had). During the rain shower, she also used a comb to brush through my hair which felt therapeutic. Would definitely come back to try the 1h session instead!

But the other staff were calling him “teacher” so I assumed he would be good. He definitely is very knowledgeable and skilful. The massage was very different from what I normally get, it felt like a TCM session and though it was painful at times , I felt looser and more relaxed after. Though TCM is not something I typically believe in I do feel like it helped me with my muscle soreness. Would recommend Bai 👍
