Bigger lockers are towards the toilet, there is a shower and change facility. If you didnt bring a towel or bottle, the front desk might be able to loan you one!

see all reviewsI went for all three sessions, and it was truly reinvigorating and heart-opening. As someone who isn’t well-versed with Kundalini Yoga, I still found the sessions manageable and slightly challenging but in the good way as it pushes for me to be more present and attentive to my body). There was also plenty of moments of rest and quietude, and we did many of the movements with close eyes which helped to suspend judgement - all of these I appreciated and enjoyed very much.
