see all reviewsThis was my first time at Y7 and I really enjoyed it. It was nice to practice in dimly lit room. I enjoyed the slow flow as well. And Kelly was lovely and had a nice curated playlist. I’ll be back when I’m on this side of town again!

The last time I only heard her say hello on the computer to two people but there are so many people in person… and since she’s catering to the people from home she doesn’t walk around the room to give any adjustments. The computer set up also takes up a bunch of room since no one wants to be in the computers camera shot. Still love her classes regardless!

Absolutely love her class and the way she teaches. — Separate comment for studio management (not about teacher): there are no wipes or any cleaning processes in place after we use props in class. Would really appreciate if our props we use while working out were sanitized before the next person uses them! They tend to be sticky or hair stuck to them, it doesn’t feel super clean in the studio. There’s also no clean drinking water for a workout studio. Otherwise vibes are good but there’s some basics I’d love to see (wipes, water) for a better experience to keep me coming back

His teaching was clear and observant and he offered considerate, verbal adjustments. He created a safe practice environment through his calming presence while managing to push us to do our best, certainly beyond where I thought my personal practice would go tonight. Impressed, stretched, rejuvenated! Will return. Bonus: beautiful studio.

Class was a great mix of strengthening, stretching poses and the reminders to also take things at the pace you needed, which I always appreciate so much. The music was amazing and perfectly paired to help sustain me through the more challenging poses. 10/10 will take again.
