    Samantha is the best instructor at Barre3 by far and away!     Cayla was great! Best barre class I've taken. Loved her butt kicking set. She worked out all the muscles in my body. She was also very attentive to individual students and comes around often to adjust your posture.

    Alene’s classes are the best! She gives great cues and detailed explanations to help you micro adjust and really feel where you should feel it. Her classes are slightly more challenging which I like. She is super sweet and attentive. Barre3 instructors are generally consistently good but Alene is amazing. This is why I actually can motivate myself to get up early to go to her morning class.

    Loved this class! Definitely one of the more challenging classes Ive done on CP. a word to the wise - tons of cardio/jumping in this class!! I was dripping in sweat (and Im not a huge sweater). New and clean facilities with plenty of parking in the plaza. Will be coming back, esp to experience the other more traditional barre class that they offer.
