    Balance Kulture: Beginners

Best handstand class I have attended so far! Lucy explained everything so clearly and was great at suggesting alternative approaches that were more suitable for me (e.g. gymnast kick up). The result was getting into handstand easily on my own! I was then able to work on the micro movements in the fingers to balance away from the wall. Such a great sense of achievement and some real ‘light bulb’ moments! Thank you so much Lucy!
