    I’ve done a few bodypump classes at other gyms, but this one if by far the best (i.e., hardest). A continuous 60min of strength exercises with very minimal rest - you’ll definitely feel it the next day! The instructor did a good job explaining proper form too.

    This was my first time at this location and this format of class. Meredith is fantastic. She is a total pro and I love her mix of acceptance, honoring your body and challenging yourself. Her use of the word amplification instead of level when giving options was welcomed too. I do think the ventilation in the room could use some improvement though.
