    Aerial Yoga

Jayne is a lovely instructor - firm, somewhat no-nonsense style yet gentle and generous with guiding the students into the correct postures. Her demonstrations of some slightly more complex poses (from a beginner's perspective) were clear, and she took pains to go step by step for the benefit of the newbies. It could be that the class was really small that day (only 4 attendees), but Jayne allocated personal attention to each one of us to ensure we were in the correct postures. Wonderful stretch on its own, elevated further with the inversion poses!

David has such great energy! but this really isn't a basics class 😂, so be ready to experience burnnnnnn. He offers options and let's you go at your own pace. I hope I'll be back. The lady at the reception was really friendly and good vibes overall :)

Eddy is very detail in explaining the head stand yoga pose. I'm beginner but eddy is very encouraging and ensure everyone try it. I'm glad I manage to try it too with his help and definitely will attend the class again!

    Aerial | Stretch & Conditioning (Beginner-Friendly)

Very welcoming and suitable for beginners. My very first time to aerial class and I had fun doing The Coffin and mermaid pose. Instructor even asked us to record a video to keep at the end of the class. Thanks for the fun session!

Pretty amazing to be to execute certain poses with the wheel, especially for someone with super tight shoulders and a newbie with the wheel. Lynda was patient and very encouraging that helped bring out the best in me

Not sure why the air con wasn't turned on. Room was a bit stuffy. The instructor gave very detailed instructions and would have been better if she also gives us watch outs on what not to do and a beginner option.
