The sugaring process in my experience was less painful than, hard wax which irritates my skin. As for the location, it located above address provided which is a tattoo parlor. It was a bit confusing, but after double-checking the information within Class Pass it became clear. Plus, Brooke met me at the entrance. Overall, the experience went well and, I will likely return for another session.
