My only word of caution is if you like to sweat and you're not a person that likes fans blowing on you while you work out, make sure you don't stand anywhere near the fans. There are so many fans and if I get there late I'm stuck and then I don't sweat at all. But if you're a person who doesn't like to sweat, then you are golden!

Somewhat humbling because we get so used to the workouts we are used to already that sometimes going out of our comfort zone reminds us where there’s even more room for improvement.
