see all reviewsKatrina is obviously one of the most experienced trainer in the studio, I’m glad to take my first session with her. The class is pretty intense, 45 mins activated all of your deep muscles! My body is shaking after the session and I sweated a lot! I would recommend this studio to learners with some fitness experiences, kind of challenging for newbies.

Morgan’s workout was GREAT & the music was great as well. It’s hard to find a studio with music that I like, but I really enjoyed the music selection. Be prepared to SWEAT! I’ll definitely be back!

To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

see all reviewsMy friend and I took this class as first timers. The vibes were welcoming, the music was good and I felt like I got a good workout. Even when the music stopped working the last 5 minutes of class it was still fun. The instructor will demonstrate every workout. During some of the class she’ll turn off the lights and the class is lit up by a color disco ball and glow bracelets. Would definitely come back :)
