    Beginner reformer Pilates

    This was only my second time doing Reformer Pilates so I booked into a beginners class but had never been to CLM before. Imogen was so lovely and took me inside to a gorgeous space where she led me through a great workout with plenty of time to warm up the muscles before moving on to harder exercises requiring strength and control. I loved it and will definitely be back!! Thank you!!
