    This was my first bar class & I didn’t know what to expect. The studio is clean and bright, everyone from the staff to the regulars that work out were all so friendly. The instructor ensured throughout the class that I was okay and doing the movement correctly, which I appreciate. I grew up dancing so it reminded me of those days in a way and oooof my muscles def were worked out and was shakey :) I loved that they have merch that they sell in the front in which they have a good selection of grip socks. I do want to add if you’re not from the area, the google directions is a bit wonky and made me go in circles. The studio is in the plaza and tucked away in the back side.

    It was a great workout with great people and music. Amazing instructor with great feedback on form. I could instantly feel the burn. I’d say this is a beginner friendly class but just like anything, takes time to get used to. I’d definitely recommend to give it a try!
