see all reviewsThe environment was fun and supportive with great music. This was quite the challenge for someone who works out roughly 4x a week (not heavily on core). I would caution against people who don’t work out regularly just because of the difficulty or if they aren’t familiar with Pilates like me. This was my second class. I would definitely come again though (: it was a class that pushed me to failure!
