    HIIT Class

    Great class!! Limited to 8 people so you get personalized instruction, but also very inclusive and friendly. Definitely seems intimidating but Sandi was super nice and gave options for every station so you dont feel like you have to sacrifice form if a move is too hard. Definitely will be back!
