    Intro to Krav Maga

I’ve only taken a few martial arts classes and while I’m fit, I am a small woman and was intimidated about joining. The instructors explained everything clearly, seemed knowledgeable, and it was beginner friendly.

Bhakti Vinyasa Flow w/ Nat Kendall

Wow! I wasn’t expecting their to be such a *true* and honest emphasis on Bhakti here. Chanting and prayers make this a more emotional than the average class. a nicely heated, good challenge, very respectful instructor who authentically honors the yoga tradition.

    Adults Beginners Jiu-Jitsu

Cassidee does a great job scaffolding the class for brand-new beginners for whom this is their first class. There was a good mix of women and men in the class. The culture of this class was very non judgmental. It was my first time to this gym and I felt welcomed. There’s no front desk so you may have to wait to get the orientation to the space but most members seem friendly if you ask questions.
