Really good instruction at the beginning, explaining the exercises for each station in the circuit, and it felt pretty fast paced as we moved through, doing enough reps to feel fatigued but not so many that you get bored. Jamie keeps an eye on each person and gives specific suggestions for improving form or adjusting weight. The music and instructor are fun and upbeat, and for the 7am class, she even provides cold brew coffee which was a nice surprise. My shoulders and arms are sore today, and I feel like I got more strength building out of this than other group training classes. FYI: the strength class is shoes on, and no mat needed.
