see all reviewsClass with Bob has good vibe! And it’s easy to follow for the first timer. It’s a small studio but clean. And it suits for all ppl, especially entry level. Also I had some knee pain before the class, but it doesn’t have impact on it at all. Overall a good experience, and I am ready to take a more challenging class.

see all reviewsThis place is beautiful and very cool. I just did the 30 minute express row so it was an all rowing class. Melissa made it really fun, and I burned a ton of calories. I also liked that other people in the class were friendly, realized I had been at the same Fourth of July party as one person and lived in the same building as another, so it is definitely a welcoming community! Look forward to trying other classes!
