    Steady Vinyasa Flow

    Steady Vinyasa with Sara Hess was very challenging- in a good way. She made sure we used all the muscles we never use- things that go bad as we age. It wasn’t a bigger class in that it was hard, but it could be if you listened carefully when she asks “see if you can reach xyz” and you knew your limits. Everyone in the class gave it their best shot, and I think if she saw people struggling she would help but we all did great! Anyway, recommend for the strength stuff that is super unique. Like reaching backward to your toes and working your tricep?? No one does that in traditional power yoga.

    My favorite instructor at the studio! Describes the exercises very well and demos and makes corrections. Her classes are always super hard in the best way. Better for beginners than some of the other instructors. Always great w Ginny!
