I came in with a picture of what I was hoping for, and she tailored the cut to suit my fine, silky hair and round face. I knew it wouldn’t turn out exactly like the picture, but her input on how to make it work for me was really appreciated. She was sincere and patient, understanding that this was a big deal for me. Overall, it felt like the most genuine and attentive haircut experience I’ve ever had, which made a significant difference. I’ll definitely be returning!
