I’m recovering from a lower leg injury and had I seen the programming, I would not have signed up. I approached Cheri to explain my situation and ask for mods and she was so helpful. I am incredibly appreciative that she took the time to talk through things with me and used her knowledge to get me movements that I could feel successful with. It is humbling and frustrating to not be able to do movements I’m used to doing and Cheri helped me get past those feelings to get a good workout in.

The only thing I don’t love is that they do a fairly long warm up but no cool down which after this particular class (where you end at 90% effort) feels a little strange but just a personal preference I guess.
