    REFORMER PILATES

Such a hard workout (in a good way!) Charles is so attentive and comes around to each person making sure you learn something new each time and you’re able to modify the exercises if you need to. Have always loved Frame Victoria - amazing facilities and super friendly staff

    Muay Thai

If you don't know you're way around a muay thai class already this, this isn't the one for you. (but they do a begginers class too so that make total sense ✌️). I loved it. No frills training but a great fight gym style atmosphere. I'll be back; If I can ever cop a space again. Fingers cross for me 🤞

    Zumba

It was fun although one of the fastest classes I’ve been to - quite hard to keep up with the moves compres to other classes. It felt more aerobic Zumba than dance Zumba which was a shame for me. More reggaeton would have been good too. But I would still recommend the class, the teacher is lovely and other people in the class extremely welcoming like a little community :)

    Upper

Really liked the class structure a mix of cardio machines and dumbell exercises so not endless burpees or plyos that you sometimes get at other hiit classes in London. Loved the upper body focus. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming, huge changing rooms with sauna. Gym space is well kitted out. A great addition to the London gym scene and not as snobby as some west end gyms ! A hidden gem!

    Pilates

Joanna is a great instructor with a lot of technical knowledge that is clear in how she instructed the class. She was always giving tips on how to position the body to get the best results and avoid injury. Excellent and hard to find in London.
