    I really enjoy Katie’s classes, they’re well mapped out and easy to follow each move. The music is energizing and I love the space. It’s full of light, plants, great decor & plenty of equipment & space for everyone. I highly recommend.

    This class was good! I usually avoid the level 1 classes because I find them a bit too easy for me but I was surprisingly challenged! The class seems easy enough for beginners and can easily be made more challenging with the mods Kelly gave. My one small thing - when we did feet in straps we didn’t do short spine (which I always look forward to) and I wish we had. I snuck one in before we got on the mat. She is a bit monotonous and low energy but transitions are clean and her instructions are clear. I’d definitely return to Kelly’s classes!
