It is a fun class for both experienced students and newbies, because they have 4 sections in each class and everyone can learn something new.

It may not be for everyone, but as someone who craves a personal connection to the instructor and people in the class, this is what I have been looking for. There is nothing intimidating about this class. I mean the one thing that brings everyone together is we’re all working on our mobility.
