see all reviewsI loved that the instructor used a variety of equipment. The class flew by & I felt like I had an amazing workout. The instructor leaves it up to you how hard your workout is.

see all reviewsThis was a great workout! Pushed to the max and the instructor, Samantha Lee, was awesome. She was super helpful with going through each of the movements and checking in to make sure weights were good and correcting posture. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsInstructor was friendly and offered alternative options for every level of flexibility and strength. They have mats that you can use but I’d suggest bringing your own if you want something with cushion. 100% would recommend for an active recovery day or to get some stretching and core exercises in!

see all reviewsThe space is nice. Clean and large, well lit. Easy, free parking. If you have little kids, childcare looked nice and appealing. The workout surface is a quality spring floor which was nice for jumping (of which there was a LOT). The instructor had good energy and was nice but was kind of breathless most of class (could’ve been the blend of the mic to music was off), which made it hard to hear. She gave attention to everyone which was really nice and used names! The sheer number of high fives with sweaty palms kind of got on my personal nerves. lol. Everyone there seemed happy to work hard and people were kind. They gave modifications for every movement. For me, the workout program was highly repetitive - all jumping and tugged on hip flexors. I’ve been in the fitness business a long time. I expect to see weights or a stability ball or a pull up bar at some point in a bootcamp. I’m sure they use them - saw they have it. But this particular workout was geared to those who can jump. And I can, but only so much. So after doing not even 2 stations, I left. No knock on anything or anyone there - this just wasn’t my personal cup of tea.

see all reviewsI signed up for group workout 30+ through class pass, and I have never been. When I got there it was only kids classes and no one for the class I signed up for. The staff did not give much guidance and told me I can join the kids which would not have made sense. So I left with nothing.

see all reviewsThe class was really fun! Even as my first-ever BJJ class with no prior MMA experience, Todd made the class super accessible and welcoming. All of the other students were nice, helpful, and welcoming as well. Really good experience and I will definitely be back!
