I appreciated how empathetic Emily was and she came over multiple times to help correct my posture or give me tips. Lots of fun I would definitely go back and recommend others to give it a try. Low impact high burn :)

Megan is a very good instructor and comes over to correct everyone's form, very hands-on. this was my first time at this studio and she knew so she helped me a lot. I appreciated that the music wasn't too loud and I can hear all the instructions. I was surprised how many props we used! This made it a very unique barre class and intriguing to keep coming back. They were very understanding about me not knowing the socks rule and let me borrow a pair of grippy socks. I'm not sure if those are to be rented otherwise for a price. I liked that they had towels, a variety of weights including heavy, and really nice facilities. Parking is a little challenging but maybe I am unaware of a back lot? I parked across the street in another storefront lot, but otherwise looks like street parking.
