The poses initially looked easy, but Maniam emphasized on where to focus on and then, the pose just felt different (in a good way), you become aware of the “should-be” activated muscles instead of just doing.

I realised Orchard tends to move classpass users around more than Raffles Place, I was never move around at RP (it could be because of luck?). Just a heads up, if you’re using Classpass to book is that you might get move around, the spot assigned to you might not be the eventual one.

see all reviewsI used to do indoor bootcamp & happened to find this cool outdoor bootcamp. Since then, I always like to share with my friends about how fun and effective the class is. Fabi does a great job for being creative to make the class fun and engage everyone in the class. No matter your fitness level is, you would enjoy the entire session because Fabi is always attentive and people in the class always cherries you up. I believe this is how exercise suppose to be. I just wished Classpass has more than 5 stars to rate this class!
