    Absolutely loved this class! The instructor was great and took the first-timers aside to explain everything before the main class started so we didn't feel lost. You also get a free shake for your first class. Great mix of running and floor work that's all very varied. Didn't find it too loud like other reviews have mentioned and they do give you free earplugs if you want to use them. Don't think it would suit beginners to fitness/running as it is pretty intense but otherwise would 100% recommend!

    Reformer Pilates - Run Inspired ($15 lunch class)

    Fantastic experience, being my first time at Run Club Alex took the time to show me around, bathrooms etc. Being weekday lunchtime I was the only class member so Alex asked if there was anything in particular I wanted to focus on and even asked if I had any music preference. Great instructor, good venue, challenging yet rewarding workout which is exactly what I wanted.

    Definitely would take a class or so to um get used to the style - there’s a class plan and everyone works through at their own pace. Definitely great if you’re looking for structured strength training, would definitely come back!
