However, I’ve noticed that Emily, who leads from the podium, seems a bit disconnected. It might be beneficial for her to engage more with the class, or at least look like she wants to be there. Honestly, I’d prefer if it were just Ari on her own, as she really carries the class and brings such a great vibe.

The class was a good mix between beginner friendly and a little challenging, but Laura provided different levels for each exercise so you get to choose how challenging you want to go. All equipment was provided and the shower facilities are the best I’ve seen so far. I was heading straight to work after so it was amazing to have basic shower essentials, hairdryers and even a straightener! I will absolutely be coming back, loved everything about the class and the studio.

Nucalm was really relaxing once I got into it, had an out-of-body experience, then fell asleep! I did feel a bit concerned about my belongings during as they were behind a curtain with me and I couldn’t hear/see anything but eventually let it go. I couldn’t have done more than 30mins for my first Infrared but loved it and used the ice bath after. Clean shower space for after, I really enjoyed and will be back :)
